Graphic Designer
The Agency of NOW™
EFK is a high energy, fast paced Digital & Super Creative Boutique Ad Agency looking to hire an AWESOMELY talented full-time Graphic Designer with digital experience! This position is a virtual/remote position for 6 months due to ongoing events!
Graphic Designer
The proper candidate for this position will be responsible for:
- Exceeding our client’s creative expectations while ensuring digital functionality.
- Ability to visualize and create concepts from the idea phase all the way through to the final product, giving direction on photographic styles, imagery, typography, and iconography.
- Partner with the Creative and Art Directors to ensure all creative aligns to the overall brand visions for
our clients. - Proactively seek out new web design technologies tools and trends.
- Create EPIC digital experiences with exceptional UX/UI design.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience
- Design/production work
- Substantial professional interactive design background of highly impactful creative (UX/UI design)
- Current knowledge of best practice in web design and experienced with responsive web design
- Exceptionally proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Must be team-oriented, dedicated, self-motivated and collaborative
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to translate feedback visually
- Portfolio should have strong digital and traditional creative

Account Director

Account Director – currently virtual/remote position due to ongoing events!
EFK is a high energy, fast paced creative + digital boutique advertising agency looking for an Account Director. We are a group of experts – strategic, technical, digital, creative and business professionals. We are the doers!
EFK specializes in Creative & Digital Development with both private sector and Federal Government clients, therefore, previous experience with Federal Government clients is preferred.
This position is very much a people oriented and hands-on position. It involves coordinating multiple projects with our internal team and understanding the clients’ needs; managing multiple client deliverables, deadlines, and budgets and internal workloads.
We require you to be dedicated and use expertise, passion and experience to effectively multi-task several projects. This position is full-time and located in the Trenton/Princeton area.
Account Director
Candidate Profile:
- Detail oriented
- Proven track record at building and growing client relationships
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and digital and traditional media channels
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and strategic skills
- Can work independently and within a team
- Committed to delivering the highest level of professional dedication and performance
- Willing/capable of learning and advancing marketing methodology and philosophy
Project Management:
- Guides/advises team in all aspects of project development
- Facilitates project kick-offs; Drafts internal strategy brief and provides team with supporting materials
- Creates/manages budget proposals
- Develops project schedules and updates timing
- Facilitates and leads project presentations (in partnership with the creative team)
Required Capabilities and Experience:
- 7+ years in an account services role with advertising agency–preferably interactive marketing company
- Prior federal experience overseeing web development and branding projects, social/digital campaigns, and integrated marketing campaigns is a plus!

The proper candidate is required to be dedicated and use expertise, passion and experience to effectively multi-task several projects. This is a full-time position, located in the Philadelphia area – but due to ongoing events is currently virtual/remote!

This position requires impeccable organizational skills and understanding of client needs – working with both our internal team and external clients to effectively manage campaign deliverables with extensive knowledge of digital and video product offerings.
The proper candidate is required to be dedicated and use expertise, passion and experience to effectively manage multiple projects. This is a full-time position, located in the Philadelphia area – but due to ongoing events will be virtual/remote for the next 3 months!
Digital Account Coordinator

This established and expanding full-service ad/pr agency is headquartered in Trenton, NJ with a satellite office in Newark, NJ. **The PR Account Supervisor position will be located in Newark.
Account Supervisor
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or business desired.
Master’s degree a plus. - 5+ years of experience in a PR agency or communications position.
- Experience working with urban or multicultural audiences a strong plus.
- National account/communications experience is preferred. Federal experience a plus.
- Excellent writing skills, work ethic and proven management capabilities.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage projects and people.
- Proven leader that can also be a team player.
