Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to handle all digital aspects of web development. The perfect candidate for this position would have knowledge and experience with both front end and back end development. In addition good verbal and written communication skills are needed, as you will be actively involved with both co-workers and clients.

Senior Account Executive

Role:

In this key role, you’ll be supported by both the VP, Client Services and an Associate Account Executive, as you take the wheel of client relationships. Working with us, you’ll be accountable for driving strategy, client satisfaction, account revenue growth, and overall business profitability of assigned accounts. As a boutique agency, we’re sought after to apply our expertise and creativity in work on a variety of sectors, and so will you (ranging from higher education, healthcare, financial services, and DTC). As you might expect, in this role you will need to:

  • Oversee detailed contract deliverables associated with detailed SOWs and client contracts
  • Understand and articulate overall program strategy, objectives, measurement strategy, and relevant results for programs
  • Serve as a strategic anchor to both clients and agency colleagues (e.g., providing business insights, Creative Briefs, Media Briefs, research, project kickoffs, etc.).
  • Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary
  • Formulate and drive long-term strategic account plans, strategies, and roadmaps
  • Serve as project manager, coordinating offline and digital projects
  • Knowledgably speak to best practices in services areas such as UX, Content Management, Paid Media, Social Media, as you are supported by experts in these areas
  • Integrate outside suppliers into client programs, as needed
  • Provide stellar client experiences, grow accounts and provide value
  • Contribute to a positive, can-do attitude, internally and externally

Position Requirements:

  • 8+ years of account management experience, with progressive account responsibility
  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications or related major
  • Creative agency experience desired
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting both informally and formally
  • Education in web development
